Dispatch
Our cloches are handmade at our workshop. We work on an order book basis, so your order may take up to four weeks to be despatched from the workshop. Should you wish to receive a cloche sooner, e.g. for a gift, then please get in touch with us on enquiries@clavertoncloches.com and we shall do our utmost to accommodate.
Each cloche is packaged in a custom-made, double-walled cardboard box to protect it between leaving our workshop and arriving in your garden.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our hoses are in stock and despatched either the same day or next working day depending on the time of order.
Delivery times
Shipping times vary by delivery address. For delivery within the UK, we use Parcelforce for Cloches and Royal Mail for hoses. Your order should arrive between 1-2 working days from despatch.
For delivery to Europe, it can take between 3-5 working days from dispatch. For delivery to other countries, it can take between 5-10 working days from dispatch. We usually use FedEx or UPS. Delivery may occasionally take longer than the above estimates due to customs clearance processes.
Countries to which we deliver
We are able to ship to most countries, including nearly all European countries, USA, Canada, Australia and NZ - shipping cost can be calculated from the basket page or during the checkout process.
If no shipping cost can be calculated at checkout, please email enquiries@clavertoncloches.com with the details of your order and we will happily calculate the shipping cost for you.
For customers outside the UK, all prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due. Please note that you may be required to pay any such taxes and duties before the authority releases your goods to you.
Claverton Cloches cannot be held responsible for the payment of any such taxes and duties nor any loss incurred by you as a result.
Returns
We truly hope that every cloche and hose that leaves the workshop is perfect, but we accept returns should you not be entirely satisfied. Products must be returned in original packaging, in saleable condition, and sufficiently sealed to endure transit. Please contact us on orders@clavertoncloches.com to initiate a return.
Please note that the customer is liable for shipping costs for returns for non-UK orders.
Unfortunately, for bespoke colour cloches, we are unable to accept returns, although please do contact us if you are unhappy and we will do our best to assist.
